12-week psychoeducational program

Invisible Chains

For professional mothers and women in helping roles who are emotionally exhausted from living with a partner’s alcohol use and carrying more than one person was meant to carry.

The heart of the program

You are not here to be told what to do.

Invisible Chains is designed to help women understand how a partner’s alcohol use has affected their nervous system, family life, emotional labor, boundaries, decision-making, and sense of self.

The program is practical and compassionate. It does not require you to have a final answer about your relationship. It helps you build steadiness, name reality more clearly, protect your energy, and move toward decisions with less panic and self-blame.

Invisible Chains is educational and supportive. It is not therapy, addiction treatment, crisis care, legal advice, or a substitute for individualized clinical support.

Program questions

Is this therapy?

No. Invisible Chains is a psychoeducational support program. It can complement therapy, but it does not replace individualized mental health care.

Do I have to be ready to leave my relationship?

No. The program is designed for women who may feel uncertain, conflicted, hopeful, afraid, or not ready to decide. The goal is clarity and steadiness, not pressure.
